HIP-Petrohemija’s legal form change

In order to enable the obligations from the recently signed Strategic Partnership Agreement to be smoothly fulfilled and the procedure of HIP-Petrohemija privatization to be brought to an end, the Shareholders’ Assembly brought a decision on May 6, 2022, about changing the legal form of HIP-Petrohemija and after the dissenting shareholders were paid, this change was registered with the Business Registers Agency.

From now on HIP-Petrohemija shall operate as a limited liability company, however the legal form change will neither affect the position of the employees nor the obligations towards the third parties and customers.

HIP-Petrohemija continues to operate under the same company registration number and its tax identification number remains unchanged.

The contracts executed before the change remain valid and in full force and all the claims and debts of HIP-Petrohemija remain unchanged.
