HIPREN
HIPREN
HIPRENE-SBR is obtained by cold continuous emulsion copolymerization of styrene and butadiene under license from Bunawerke Huls (Germany). The styrene content is 23.5%.
E-SBR classification
The classification of E-SBR into series was carried out according to polymerization temperature, styrene content and the type or quantity of extenders and fillers. Within the same series E-SBR types differ in Mooney viscosity, type of emulsifier and coagulant, amount and type of extender and filler.
HIP-Petrohemija produces types
- Series 1500 (E-SBR obtained by cold polymerization, without extender)
- Series 1700 (E-SBR obtained by cold polymerization, with extender)
HIPREN EM 1500T and HIPREN EM 1502T can come into contact with food. The Statement of Conformity was issued by the National Laboratory for Health, Environment and Food, Maribor, Slovenia, with importance in the European Union.
EM 1500T
HIPREN EM 1500 T is compatible with natural rubber and other synthetic diene rubbers. Good compatibility, easy acceptance of fillers and good processability provide the possibility of application in a wide range of areas of the rubber industry.
EM 1502T
Styrene-butadiene rubber HIPREN EM 1502 T is produced in the process of cold emulsion polymerization
EM 1723
HIPREN EM 1723 is a styrene-butadiene rubber with a bound styrene content of 23.5%, to which 37.5 parts of low aromatic oil (TDAE) have been added per hundred parts of polymer.
