Out-of-date goods are sold as seen and there is no warranty period for them. If he wishes, the Bidder can come and inspect the subject materials at the locations shown in the offer. The bidder who offers the highest price will be selected.
If he thinks so, the Seller has the right not to choose any bidder. On the price of the material, which is expressed in dinars without VAT, the Buyer pays the VAT costs.
The standard form of the Contract that will be drawn up by HIP-Petrohemija d.o.o. Pančevo will determine mutual relations with the Customer. If the selected Bidder does not sign the offered Contract within 5 working days, it will be considered that he has abandoned the offer.
The offer can be submitted by legal entities and it must contain: the name, address, telephone, email address of the Bidder, the name of the group and the serial number of the material, the offered amount with and without VAT for each item in dinars separately.
Legal entities attach a photocopy of the extract from the APR, the PIB number and the form of the deposited signature with the offer.
