The goal of contractor management is to ensure a high level of safety and health at work, prevent incidents, and preserve the integrity of property and the environment. Contractors and their subcontractors often participate in high-risk works, and it is necessary to clearly define the rules, responsibilities, and expectations.

Statistical data indicate that the largest number of injuries and fatal accidents in the industry occur during the execution of works by external companies.
