For your safety and the smooth running of processes within our industrial complex, please observe the following rules during your stay within the factory area:
- Check-in required
-All visitors are required to check in at the guardhouse with a valid ID document.
-The registration is done through the records of visits, and visitors receive a pass that must be worn visibly throughout the stay.
- Being accompanied by the responsible person
Movement within the plant is allowed only when being accompanied by an authorized employee of HIP Petrohemija.
- Wearing of personal protective equipment
-At the entrance to the work zone, it is mandatory to wear the specified personal protective equipment: protective helmet, protective goggles, protective clothing, and protective footwear.
-The equipment is provided to visitors in accordance with the type of the plant being visited.
- Compliance with safety procedures
-It is forbidden to bring weapons, alcohol, flammable substances, and any other hazardous materials.
-Smoking is allowed only in designated and marked areas.
-Photography and filming are allowed only with prior approval from the competent authorities.
- Emergency situations
-In case of an emergency, visitors are obliged to follow the instructions of the guide or employees without panic and to evacuate according to the instructions and marked evacuation routes.
-First aid and fire-fighting equipment are available at several locations within the factory area.
- Movement limit
Moving outside the agreed routes and staying in unauthorized zones is strictly forbidden.
- Preservation of order and safety
-Visitors are obliged to behave responsibly, not to endanger themselves and others, and not to interfere with the work process.
-Any observed safety risks or incidents must be reported to the accompanying person or security guard immediately.
